For many years we were told by many doctors that all the multitude of diagnostic tests we had were “normal” in spite of being obviously unwell. So we decided to stop looking for a disease that we could”cure” and instead look at what you had to do to create good health.

Your body has an amazing ability to heal itself and to create health. We see examples of this all the time: a cut heals, a cold goes away, headaches go away, burns and blisters heal

It is your immune system which makes these things possible.

It is good to know that your body has this inherent ability to create health. It is even better to know that you have the power to enhance this ability with the lifestyle choices you make everyday. To improve the current state of your health simply requires a willingness to change your lifestyle and give your body what it needs to enhance the function of your immune system.
